MODIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL CONTRACTS

Nessen will endevaor to fulfill all reasonable and implementable requests for modifications to standard lamps and special order products for contract qualities.

RESIDENTIAL

No minimum quantities are required for special orders. Pricing will be determined by the nature of the changes and the quantities involved.

COMMERCIAL

We can modify the height of a lamp, make a swing-arm longer or shorter, relocate a switch, offer a custom paint, use LED instead of incandescent technology, alter shade dimensions and fabric and use special wiring.

Such accommodations are made for two reasons: to meet specific design requirements or to upscale or downscale features to meet quality and budget considerations on larger projects.

These features may be incorporated into Nessen lamps intended for senior living, retirement centers, institutional and other installations where safety and security require special considerations.

DIMENSIONS

Specify new dimension for lamp height, width, or extension of swing arm. Change the desired height of fixed-height upright tubes. Specify the size and shape of base. Customize column/shade “break”, and change shade dimensions.

ELECTRICAL

Add an electrified base with convenience outlets and USB-A/C ports. Change switch location and types, select socket type and quantity, and have your choice of cord sets and plug types.

SECURITY

Minimize tampering with locking finial, perforated disc top of shade, plastic disc bottom of shade, and polycarbonate bulb enclosure. Extended pipe for through-surface installation. Disc covering grommet hole may be designed as a base, replacing standard base.

FINISH

Choose from ten metal finishes, 25 painted finishes, or a custom finish of your choice. Shade materials range from various linens, washable trilaminate materials, vinyl, acrylic, glass, and more.
